Prenatal Yoga Classes
Prenatal yoga is a great way to connect with your body while pregnant, alleviate aches and pains, help your body prepare for labor and delivery, and build community.

Stretch & Sound Workshop
Join Denise Peyre in this nurturing, guided journey specifically designed to assist in the healing process of the stress and heaviness that can come along with Motherhood.
In this 90- minute workshop, we will release tension through light breathwork, find relaxation in our bodies with gentle, postnatal-focused stretching, then cozy up for a short sound bath. Afterward there will be time for reflection through journaling and optional community sharing over tea.
Expect to leave feeling lighter and more connected.

Realign your body, shake off stress, stretch out, and bond with your little one through music and movement. Promotes cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

Parent & Toddler Dance Exploration
Wiggle, giggle and glide through an introduction to dance and movement for walking babies and toddlers up to 3-years-old. This high energy class allows parents and children to connect through games, songs, prop play, and group activities. Build your toddler’s balance, coordination, musicality and imaginative play through expressive dance. Promotes gross motor, cognitive, social and emotional development. We will bend, spin, roll, twirl and jump our way through dance and play!
